1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Credlify platform at credlify.in ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who purchases a certificate.
2. About Credlify
Credlify is an online skill assessment and digital certification platform operated in India. We offer free multiple-choice question (MCQ) based assessments across 10 skill courses. Students who score 70% or above may purchase a verified digital certificate for a one-time fee of ₹249. Credlify operates solely through its website at credlify.in and communicates via credlify.official@gmail.com.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old.
- The information you provide — especially your full name — is accurate and complete, as it will be permanently printed on your certificate.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
4. User Accounts & Registration
Credlify does not require a login account. Instead, each assessment session is independent. You must provide your name, email address, and phone number to register for an assessment. You are responsible for providing accurate details. Credlify is not liable for certificates issued with incorrect information provided by the user.
5. Assessment Rules
- Each assessment consists of 15 multiple choice questions with a 15-minute time limit.
- A minimum score of 70% is required to qualify for certificate purchase.
- Assessments are completely free and may be retaken unlimited times.
- You must not use any unfair means, external resources, or automated tools during the assessment.
- Credlify reserves the right to invalidate results if malpractice is suspected.
- Assessment scores are final once submitted. We do not manually review or alter scores.
6. Certificate Purchase & Delivery
- The certificate fee is ₹249 (Indian Rupees), charged as a one-time payment.
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. Credlify does not store any card or bank account details.
- Upon successful payment, your certificate PDF is generated and delivered to your registered email address within 10 minutes.
- This is a digital-only product. No physical certificate is shipped.
- Certificates are valid for a lifetime and are verifiable at credlify.in/verify.html using your unique Credential ID.
- Each certificate contains your name, course, score, grade, issue date, and a unique Credential ID.
7. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Credlify reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Credlify — including but not limited to assessment questions, certificate designs, branding, logo, and website design — is the intellectual property of Credlify. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Your certificate is issued for your personal use. You may display it on your LinkedIn profile, resume, or portfolio. You may not sell, transfer, or misrepresent a Credlify certificate.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform or its servers.
- Impersonate another person or submit false information.
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
- Attempt to forge, alter, or misrepresent a Credlify certificate.
- Resell or transfer certificates issued under your name to another person.
10. Limitation of Liability
Credlify certificates are skill-based digital credentials and do not guarantee employment, admission, or any other outcome. We are not responsible for how third parties — including employers, educational institutions, or government bodies — recognise or treat our certificates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credlify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Platform.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and are not liable for temporary downtime, technical errors, or disruptions beyond our control.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
13. Changes to These Terms
Credlify reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
