✅ We stand behind our service. If your certificate was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or free re-delivery — whichever you prefer.
1. Our Product
Credlify sells digital certificates (PDF format) for a one-time fee of ₹249 (Indian Rupees). The assessment is always free. Payment is only required after you pass the assessment (score ≥ 70%) and choose to download your certificate.
Since our product is a digitally delivered item — a PDF certificate sent to your email — standard physical return policies do not apply. However, we have a fair and transparent refund process as described below.
2. Delivery Policy
Upon successful payment:
- Your certificate PDF is generated automatically and sent to your registered email address.
- Delivery is typically completed within 5–10 minutes of payment.
- In rare cases of high traffic or technical delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
- If you have not received your certificate within 24 hours of payment, please contact us immediately at credlify.official@gmail.com.
Before contacting us, please check your spam/junk folder as automated emails sometimes get filtered.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once a payment is initiated and the certificate generation process begins, the order cannot be cancelled. This is because the digital certificate is generated specifically for you using your name, course, and score data, and cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
If you wish to cancel before completing payment, simply close the payment window. No charge will be applied.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
You are eligible for a full refund of ₹249 in the following situations:
- Your payment was successfully deducted but your certificate was not delivered within 24 hours, and our team was unable to resolve the issue via re-delivery.
- A verified technical error on Credlify's platform caused certificate generation to fail permanently.
- You were charged twice (duplicate payment) for the same certificate.
- Your payment was deducted but Razorpay reported a failed transaction — in this case the amount is typically auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days; if not, contact us.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
❌ Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases.
- You entered an incorrect email address during registration and the certificate was sent to the wrong address. Please double-check your email before registering.
- You are dissatisfied with your score or grade. Scores reflect your actual performance in the assessment and cannot be manually changed.
- You changed your mind after the certificate was successfully delivered to your email.
- The certificate email was delivered to your spam or junk folder and you did not check there.
- You registered with the wrong name on the certificate. Please ensure your name is correct before submitting the registration form.
- You failed the assessment. The assessment is free, and the certificate fee is only charged after passing.
- Internet or device issues on your end prevented you from downloading or opening the certificate PDF.
6. Re-delivery Option
In most cases where certificate delivery failed, we offer a free re-delivery as our preferred resolution. This is faster than a refund and ensures you receive your certificate. Simply email us with your payment ID and we will resend the certificate to your email within 24 hours of receiving your request.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at credlify.official@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name (as registered)
- Your registered email address
- Your Razorpay Payment ID (format: pay_XXXXXXXXXX — shown in the payment confirmation screen)
- A brief description of the issue you faced
- Screenshot of the payment confirmation (if available)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may raise a dispute directly with Razorpay or your bank/card issuer. We cooperate fully with all payment dispute processes and will provide transaction records as required.
