Frequently Asked Questions

I paid ₹249 but didn't receive my certificate. What do I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder — automated emails sometimes land there. If it's not there, email us at credlify.official@gmail.com with your full name, registered email, and Razorpay Payment ID. We'll resend your certificate within 24 hours.

My name is spelled incorrectly on the certificate. Can it be fixed?

Certificates are generated based on the name entered during registration. If there is a typo on your part, we unfortunately cannot reissue the certificate. However, if the error was on our side (a system bug), email us and we will investigate and reissue if confirmed.

Can I retake the assessment if I fail?

Yes! The assessment is completely free and can be retaken unlimited times. Simply go to credlify.in, register again with the same details, and take the test. No payment is required to retake.

How can a recruiter verify my certificate?

Share your Credential ID (format: CL-YEAR-COURSE-NUMBER, printed on your certificate) with the recruiter. They can enter it at credlify.in/verify.html to instantly see your name, course, score, and grade.

Is the ₹249 certificate fee refundable?

Refunds are available in specific cases — primarily if delivery fails due to a technical error on our end. Please read our full Refund Policy for details.

How long is the Credlify certificate valid?

Credlify certificates are valid for a lifetime. They will always be verifiable at credlify.in as long as our platform is operational. There is no expiry date.

I want to become a Credlify promoter. How do I sign up?
